Let us send you some great wines that are almost impossible to find anywhere else!

Website: Sonoma Wine Shop & La Bodega strive to provide ADA access and accessibility for all customers and regular members. We intend all web pages to be accessible and are testing 3rd party web services to improve accessibility. We regularly review our internal processes, our 2 physical locations, our website and our dinner menu stored online to improve accessibility. We welcome feedback in relation to the accessibility of this website & our facilities. Please reach out to us at info@sonomawineshop.com, or call 707-996-1230.

Sales: We provide wine sales & service primarily via email or phone to our wine club members, and to the general public. The vast majority of our wine and food orders are individually received from phone calls and emails. We then enter and processed these orders by our staff. Many orders are on a subscription wine club program, where we select the wines for each member and ship to them.

Our staff places these orders onto a store account - either the member’s wine club account, or onto our internal system for the general public. Emailed copies of those orders are then sent as receipts. Orders are then picked up in person by appointment or shipped via common carrier. Almost all orders are made via email, phone or regular member subscription.

We also create store accounts for folks under our Take & Bake dining program. There is no charge to setup an account. It is our normal way of doing business to consult with folks on their wine and food orders, and after discussion, have our staff place orders onto their accounts or charge to their card. We normally interact via phone or email, or in-person.

Online Sales: Should you wish to order wine online without direct assistance, almost all customers still contact us first, or visit us to setup their store account so we can best serve them. They may then login later to place their own orders. We have 2 online shopping carts.

Squarespace has just a few of our wines available under Featured Wines. You can click this link to Featured Wines.

Our Member’s Wine Shop has all wines available under Nexternal.com shopping cart. You can reach that shopping cart by clinking this link to Member’s Wine Shop.

It contains descriptions of our wines, which we can discuss in person or over the phone or via email. These wine descriptions are also emailed with your receipts.

Should you need any assistance ordering, please let us know as we normally provide such help for almost all orders for customers and members.

Please contact us via email or phone or in-person to create an account.

Take & Bake: We regularly post our menu, including PDF versions for download. We use the same approach to taking these orders - we usually receive phone calls or emails and we add the order into the member or customer account. We maintain a mailing list to receive these menus. You may join our list online or email us and we’ll add for you. We don’t currently have the La Bodega Take & Bake menu available to order directly online. You may view the La Bodega menu online, download PDF copies or receive copies via email subscription. Emails and website both have links to PDF versions.

Most dining orders are placed over phone or via email in advance. Food orders are picked up in Sebastopol by appointment.

In Person Dining: We host dinner 5 nights a week in Sebastopol. Our regular process is to take reservations by phone or email, then ask for diners to preorder at least one day in advance. Using phone or email, we discuss dietary restrictions with many folks prior to their reservation. We strive to list ingredients to help with those restrictions. Our menu is substantial, so we find these preliminary interactions prior to dining helpful in answering many questions and help make the service smooth. We do note on the menu that allergens are processed in our kitchen, and folks should be very aware of the risk involved.

Email Newsletters: We have a form on our home page to subscribe to our regular emails. Our outgoing emails include menus and wine sales. Please let us know if you have any trouble joining our email list, or any feedback on the accessibility of our email newsletter.

Account Setup: Please contact us to setup your store account, place any wine or food order, or with questions or suggestions on accessibility or other suggestions. Thank you for your patronage!
