Our chef Rick Vargas has created a spectacular 6 course meal, and then paired it with Seebass Wines. There is so much to appreciate and enjoy - using local organic eggs, wild mushrooms from California; imported French truffles; wild alaskan salmon. And there will be more with Rick's mixed grill, and finished with Meekk's famous dessert platter.
SWS Members pay just $60 for dinner and just $20 more for the wine pairing flight. Public is invited too - $75 for dinner plus $30 for the wine pairing. (Tax and Tip is not included)
Scott Willoughby of Seebass will be joining us this evening, discussing his vineyards and their passion for great wine. Scott is growing fantastic fruit in Mendocino and has teamed up with HDV winery in Napa (managed by Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti fame) . This combination produces fantastic wines year after year. Together a truly balanced approach is found - California fruit with French deft touch in winemaking.
